Dr. Donald A. Lucca took over his father’s dental practice of 40 years in 2002 and has been a prominent figure in the dental community ever since. He earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Masters of Science degree from Hofstra University and Bachelor of Arts from St. Anselm College. Since 2009, Dr. Lucca has consistently been voted a top dentist by his peers, as featured in Hudson Valley Magazine.
Dr. Lucca is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, as well as a member of the American Dental Association, Ninth District Dental Society and the American Academy of General Dentistry. He has completed a full mouth reconstruction residency program at New York University’s School of Dental Medicine and a two year comprehensive implant residency program through the esteemed Misch International Implant Institute at the University of Detroit Mercy Dental School and Temple University Kronberg School of Dentistry. He also has advanced training in endodontics and orthodontics.
When not caring for his patients, Dr. Lucca enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristy, and son, Ryan. He is an avid sports fan and can often be found coaching his son’s baseball, basketball and soccer teams.
